These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cyber Hive Security website and services. By accessing this site or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Cyber Hive Security provides cybersecurity audits, training, and education for homes and small businesses. Services do not include 24/7 monitoring, managed IT, or emergency response unless specifically agreed in writing.

 

2. No Guarantee of Complete Security

While I provide best-practice recommendations, no network or device can ever be made completely secure. You acknowledge that results may vary and that I am not responsible for breaches, hacks, or other incidents outside of the consultation scope.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during consultations.

• Maintain responsibility for applying recommendations and updates.

• Ensure proper backups of important data before changes are made.

 

4. Payment & Pricing

Pricing will be disclosed prior to service. Payment is due upon completion of the consultation unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Hive Security shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, materials, and training provided remain the intellectual property of Cyber Hive Security and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

 

8. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
